1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Baroness Florals website, products, services, content, and online store.

By accessing our website, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website.

4. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Baroness Florals offers handcrafted floral products, wreaths, swags, home décor, seasonal décor, custom floral designs, and related merchandise.

Because many items are handmade:

  • No two products will be identical.
  • Variations in color, ribbon placement, florals, greenery, and embellishments are normal.
  • Product photos are examples and may vary slightly from the final product.

These variations do not constitute defects.

5. CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom and personalized orders are created according to customer specifications.

Once production begins:

  • Custom orders may not be canceled.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Personalized items are non-returnable.

Baroness Florals reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or greater value when necessary due to supply shortages.

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse any order.
  • Cancel any order.
  • Limit quantities.
  • Restrict purchases.
  • Suspend customer accounts.

An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance.

A contract is formed only when we process and fulfill the order.

7. PRICING ERRORS

Despite our best efforts, pricing, descriptions, photographs, shipping rates, or inventory information may contain errors.

Baroness Florals reserves the right to:

  • Correct errors at any time.
  • Cancel orders resulting from pricing mistakes.
  • Refuse orders containing incorrect information.

If payment has been processed, a refund will be issued.

8. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods available through Shopify and other authorized payment processors.

Customers authorize payment processing for all submitted transactions.

Chargebacks filed without first attempting resolution through Baroness Florals may result in account suspension and legal collection efforts.

9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Baroness Florals is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Labor shortages
  • Acts beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

10. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Baroness Florals is not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages
  • Misdelivered packages due to customer error
  • Carrier delays
  • Damage occurring after delivery

Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding claims.

We may assist as a courtesy but are not obligated to provide replacement products or refunds.

11. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of floral and custom-designed products:

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders
  • Personalized products
  • Seasonal merchandise
  • Clearance items
  • Special-order products

Approved returns must:

  • Be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Be unused and in original condition.
  • Include original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content is owned by Baroness Florals, including:

  • Photographs
  • Videos
  • Logos
  • Graphics
  • Text
  • Branding
  • Marketing materials

Any legal proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within Maryland.
