SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Baroness Florals. We take pride in creating handcrafted floral designs and carefully packaging each order for shipment.

PROCESSING TIMES

Because many Baroness Florals products are handmade and made-to-order, processing times may vary.

Typical processing times are:

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: 2–5 business days

  • Made-to-Order Items: 5–14 business days

  • Custom Orders: Processing times will be communicated during the ordering process

Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit times.


SHIPPING METHODS

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers, including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Other approved shipping providers

Shipping carrier selection is at the sole discretion of Baroness Florals.


SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size

  • Package weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Carrier rates

Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the package when necessary.


SHIPPING DELAYS

Baroness Florals is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Natural disasters

  • Labor shortages

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Customs delays

  • High-volume shipping periods

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Baroness Florals is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incomplete addresses

  • Returned packages due to customer error

Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be reshipped.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Baroness Florals is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages marked "Delivered"

  • Delivery theft

Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding claims.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives damaged, notify Baroness Florals within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of packaging

  • Photos of shipping label

Failure to provide documentation within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping may be available on select products.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT fees

  • Brokerage fees

  • Any other governmental charges

Baroness Florals is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


FORCE MAJEURE

Baroness Florals shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather events, natural disasters, pandemics, internet outages, cyberattacks, transportation interruptions, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.
