RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: June 8, 2026

At Baroness Florals, every design is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we maintain the following Return & Refund Policy.

NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS

All custom, personalized, made-to-order, and special-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom wreaths

  • Custom swags

  • Personalized décor

  • Seasonal custom designs

  • Special-request floral arrangements

  • Customized ribbon or monogram items

  • Limited-edition collections

Once production has begun, orders may not be canceled.


ELIGIBLE RETURNS

Non-custom merchandise may be eligible for return if:

  • The return request is submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • The item is unused and in original condition.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

  • The item is free from damage, odors, alterations, or excessive handling.

Baroness Florals reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before approving a refund.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Seasonal and holiday merchandise

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Special-order products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Products used or displayed after delivery

  • Items returned without authorization


DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify Baroness Florals within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a damage claim, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the shipping box

  • Photographs of the shipping label

  • Description of the damage

Failure to submit required documentation within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

Baroness Florals reserves the right to determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund will be issued.


SHIPPING DAMAGE DISCLAIMER

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.

Baroness Florals is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delivery errors caused by incorrect customer information

  • Weather-related shipping delays

  • Damage caused by improper handling after delivery

Customers are encouraged to file claims directly with the shipping carrier when appropriate.


REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


EXCHANGES

Exchanges are granted only at the sole discretion of Baroness Florals and only when inventory is available.

Approval of one exchange does not create an obligation to approve future exchanges.


COLOR, MATERIAL & DESIGN VARIATIONS

Because all Baroness Florals products are handcrafted:

  • Ribbon patterns may vary.

  • Floral placement may vary.

  • Greenery may vary.

  • Seasonal materials may vary.

  • Colors may appear differently on various screens and devices.

These variations are considered normal and are not defects.

Baroness Florals reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or greater quality when necessary due to supplier availability.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.

After production begins, orders become non-refundable and non-cancelable.

Custom orders become non-refundable immediately upon commencement of production.


CHARGEBACK POLICY

Customers agree to contact Baroness Florals first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may be challenged with supporting documentation, including order records, shipping confirmations, communications, and proof of delivery.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baroness Florals' liability for any claim related to a product purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Baroness Florals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
